Scope of Project: Master Professional Service Agreements for Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Projects

The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services:

•               Architecture

•               Landscape architecture

•               Civil engineering and land survey

•               Geotechnical engineering and Construction Material Testing

•               Structural engineering

•               Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering

•               Abatement design and reporting

•               Cost Estimating

•               Interpretive Signage and Exhibit Design

Firms are encouraged to organize teams to provide one or more of the services listed above; however, a single primary lead firm must be identified.

The City of Raleigh intends to enter into multiple master agreements with qualified firms to provide the professional services identified above for Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources capital projects. Each Master Agreement will have a compensation limit up to $800,000 and shall expire five (5) years from the date of execution, with one two (2) year extension option. Hourly rates established for the Master Agreement will remain in effect for the initial five-year term. Upon request of the contracted firm, the hourly rates will be subject to renegotiation for the optional two-year extended term. An amendment to the Master Agreement shall authorize new rates.

Budget Range: up to $800,000
