Exhibitor Details

Our exhibitor set up is scheduled for Friday May 29th from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Saturday, May 30th the exhibitor floor will be open during the following times;

8:00 am - 9:00 am – Breakfast Hour

11:45 am - 1:15 pm - Tradeshow Lunch Hour  

5:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Tradeshow Happy Hour

Times you CAN be on the floor, but are not required to be;

10:30 am - 10:45 am - Transition Break

1:15 pm –1:30 pm – Transition Break 

2:30 pm – 2:45 pm – Transition Break 

3:45 pm – 4:00 pm – Transition Break

Sunday, May 31st the exhibitor floor will be open during the following times;

7:00 am - 8:00 am – Breakfast Hour

11:45 am - 1:15 pm - Tradeshow Lunch Hour  

Times you CAN be on the floor, but are not required to be;

9:15 am - 9:30 am - Transition Break 

10:30 am – 10:45 am – Transition Break

2:15 pm - 2:30 pm - Transition Break 

3:30 pm – 3:45 pm - Transition Break

Exhibitor breakdown is any time Sunday afternoon between 1:15 pm - 4:30 pm.

Exhibitor package will be sent out the week of 4/20/26 regarding shipping, power and more.
